We're looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering design and project management to join our Mining and Sustaining Capital division. This role will see you work on a broad range of mining and infrastructure projects, collaborating with talented professionals to drive future-ready outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years post-graduate employment history. You'll need to demonstrate a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
We're offering a competitive salary of $90,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality electrical engineering designs and project management services to our clients. In addition to your base salary, you'll also be eligible for our Employee Share Purchase Plan, which allows you to become an owner and vested partner in WSP's collective success.

About this role:
- You'll work collaboratively with engineers and other stakeholders to manage and deliver electrical engineering designs and project management services
- You'll contribute to the development of industrial LV reticulation and HV substation designs, controls and instrumentation design, and schematic drawings
- You'll utilize software such as PowerCAD and PTW to support your work
