We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our team as a Teacher in the Intensive Learning Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering courses that meet the requirements of accredited training packages.
The role involves working with adult learners who have experienced educational and institutional barriers to learning. We are looking for someone with strong teaching and assessment skills, as well as experience in developing curriculum and assessments that cater to diverse learner needs.
About YouYou will be an experienced teacher with a proven track record of engaging adult learners. Your skills and qualifications should include:
- Developing course outlines, lesson plans, and teaching resources
- Participating in evaluation processes, including validation and moderation of assessments
- Maintaining ethical practices in a dynamic and challenging environment
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor
- Bachelor degree in Education or Graduate Diploma in Education
- Current NSW Driver Licence
