About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Workplace Health Specialist.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating workplace health programs that focus on improving employee wellbeing. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing targeted solutions that meet their objectives.

Your day-to-day activities will include planning and coordinating health initiatives, such as health checks, skin checks, health expos, ergonomic assessments, seminars, online classes, and flu vaccinations. You will also provide recommendations on wellbeing initiatives that support your customer cohort, ensuring that programs align with organisational objectives and employee needs.

As a skilled professional, you will utilise your expertise to deliver high-quality services, including health checks, nutrition consultations, group training sessions, clinical development, and content creation. You will also follow up on high-risk participants and facilitate referrals into mental health services where appropriate.

You will work collaboratively with junior staff or health professionals to ensure the smooth operation of Physical Health services. Your attention to detail and strong project management skills will enable you to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring that all services meet quality and compliance standards.

About You
  • You have experience in health program coordination or a related field, with a proven track record of successful workplace health initiatives.
  • You possess exceptional organisational and communication skills, can work independently and collaboratively, and have an eye for detail and strong project management skills.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in Dietetics, Nutrition, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, occupational health, nursing, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
