Production Leadership Opportunity

Job Overview

This role is a casual position with potential to become permanent, depending on ongoing workload. We seek an experienced leader to oversee our production line at a specialized facility designed for wine storage and logistics. Our dynamic team prides itself on using cutting-edge technology to maintain quality-controlled wine storage.

With over 20 years of warehouse management experience, our team delivers high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise the repacking/relabelling production line and coordinate production activities to maximize efficiencies in a factory/warehouse environment.
  2. Work closely with the Production Team Leader and oversee a small team of production workers to achieve operational KPIs.
  3. Lead by example, maintaining high standards and setting the pace on the production line.
  4. Collaborate with key staff in all operations, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  5. Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to enhance production processes in partnership with the production manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in production work (ideally in wine relabelling/repackaging).
  • Demonstrated ability to operate processing and packaging equipment.
  • Demonstrated achievement of results through own initiative and action.
  • High level of customer service and expertise in business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
  • Ability to use initiative and perform duties under sound time management principles.
