Your Role: As a Service Coordinator, you will be the critical interface between our organisation and participants, ensuring a participant-focused approach to service delivery. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to fostering a culture that promotes choice, control, and wellbeing of the people we support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise a person-centred and active support approach to ensure consistently high-quality participant services throughout their journey with us.
- Mentor, train, and advise Area Supervisors and Senior/Support Workers to uphold ethical and professional standards in participant care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure service level agreements are consistently met and exceeded, maximising participant satisfaction.
- Coordinate intake and exit processes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation and records to support participant care.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, social services, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the NDIS sector.
