Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and shape your career pathway in project management and advisory.

You will work across multiple industry sectors, as well as across functions within the EY network, and gain exposure to innovative housing models, including Build to Rent and Social and Affordable Housing initiatives.

You will contribute to projects across various sectors such as education, health, retirement living, commercial, energy, defence, and social housing. You will participate in significant capital projects, including new constructions, major refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Project Management services focusing on strategy, risk management, governance, design coordination, authority approvals, stakeholder engagement, and procurement and contracting processes to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support the leadership and project management efforts for a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve their property and development goals.
  • Contribute to projects across various sectors and participate in significant capital projects, including new constructions, major refurbishments, and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience post University qualification in a property related field such as project management, architecture, engineering, building, construction industry, or client side.
  • A strong interest in project management within a consulting or client-side environment, with a desire to grow and develop within a dynamic team aiming to expand.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a property-related field, such as Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  • An eagerness to learn and expand your project advisory and management skills, particularly in a collaborative team setting.
