We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile, multi-year program within a Federal Government agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative, driving improvements to case management systems that will deliver significant value to government operations and the Australian community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage medium-to-large projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework
  • Develop and oversee schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to ensure successful outcomes
  • Apply knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, navigating hybrid environments effectively
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and vendors to achieve delivery alignment
  • Prepare high-quality project documentation including plans, reports, risk registers, and closure reports

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Proven track record managing ICT projects in government or complex environments
  • Strong experience in project governance, planning, and risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects is a must
  • Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting
