Job Summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing leader to join our team as the Head of APAC/ANZ Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to lead our marketing efforts in the Asia-Pacific region and drive business growth in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for APAC and ANZ, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of marketers to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and communications, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Represent Snap Inc. in leadership forums and key decisions in the market, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on innovation and creativity.
