Role Overview


We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive our international marketing efforts in the APAC region, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand. As the Head of APAC/ANZ, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and engage our target audience in the region.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the APAC region, with a focus on consumer and business audiences in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketers across the APAC region, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure success.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating insights into marketing strategies and initiatives.

Requirements



  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and business audiences in the APAC region, with a focus on Australia and New Zealand.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating insights into marketing strategies and initiatives.
