Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, staff, and contractors
  • Maximize customer experiences and ensure customer enquiries are dealt with quickly and professionally
  • Manage various finance, reporting, and compliance areas with support from the Manager as required

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of people varying in age, ability, and background
  • Team focused attitude with ability to work with a range of people to achieve outcomes
  • Previous experience in hospitality will be highly regarded
  • Basic computer skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • HLTAID003 or HLTAID011 - Provide first aid
  • SISSS Pool lifeguard skillset
