About this role

The Educational Leader position at Only About Children is a key leadership role that requires a passionate and experienced educator to inspire, motivate, and challenge our team members to deliver high-quality educational outcomes for children.

This role involves working in partnership with the Campus Director and the wider campus leadership team to deliver a high-quality curriculum that aligns with the OAC Grow curriculum and Heart Principles.

As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring, guiding, and coaching educators to support in curriculum decision-making and to drive positive educational outcomes for children.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Diploma qualification, a minimum of 2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience, and a team-based, hands-on, collaborative approach to your practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide educators to support in curriculum decision-making
  • Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum that aligns with the OAC Grow curriculum and Heart Principles
  • Work in partnership with the Campus Director and the wider campus leadership team
