Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing data science team. This is a business-facing, high-visibility role where you will not only deploy models but also shape how data science operates within a global environment.

You will lead and deploy production-grade ML models that support real business outcomes, work across optimisation, forecasting, operations, logistics, and automation, collaborate directly with stakeholders to uncover opportunities and drive decisions, and mentor and uplift junior team members.

Technical Requirements
  • Proficient in Python, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Strong SQL skills for working with large, complex datasets
  • Solid understanding of MLOps practices: model monitoring, versioning, automation, and deployment pipelines
  • Comfortable applying A/B testing, optimisation techniques, and causal inference for business decision-making
