Night Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the night shift at UniLodge Kensington. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that involves monitoring building security and safety, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility during nighttime hours. This includes addressing any issues or emergencies that may arise while on duty, as well as maintaining accurate records and processing payments in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring building security and safety systems, identifying potential risks and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Providing support to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Implementing effective incident management procedures to minimize disruption and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand.
- A national police check within three months.
- A working with children check (NSW).
- A first aid and CPR certificate.
- Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays, with two shift options: 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM.
