  • Review cash flow distribution waterfall calculations
  • Perform daily/weekly cash forecasting
  • Prepare and confirm Interest Rate Swaps
  • Manage trust invoices/costs and reconcile them
  • Test new loan products
  • Liaise with banks, investors, and other facility counterparties
  • Analyse and provide insight on funding vehicles and performance trends
  • Interpret legal documentation to cross-reference against waterfalls
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Intelligence teams to drive improvements and changes

About the Role:

  • Candidate should be CA/CPA qualified
  • Must have 6+ years of experience in Treasury Reporting and Securitisation
  • Detailed-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment with intermediate to advanced Excel skills

The estimated annual salary for this role is $150k to $170k plus superannuation and bonus potential. Future You is seeking an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen for this position.
