Our team is seeking a Fund Manager to provide support to our clients and investors.
Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing day-to-day administration queries from investors and advisers, ensuring exceptional service is provided to maintain strong relationships.
  2. Maintenance of original document registers, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  3. Preparing and distributing annual investor tax statements, annual investment income reports, fund reports, financial statements, and investor communications.
  4. Carrying out monthly distributions and issue units to unitholders.
  5. Ensuring adherence to AML-CTF rules and regulatory requirements.
  6. Coordinating with external service providers, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  1. Previous experience of 3+ years in an Office Administration role, specifically in financial services.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. High accuracy and attention to detail, with experience keeping meticulous records and methodical in creating and maintaining information.
  4. Proficient in Excel and Word, and knowledge of mail merge.
  5. Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
  6. Proactive, diligent, disciplined.
  7. Able to welcome change and adapt to new situations.
