Investment Fund Specialist

The investment fund practice is a critical component of the Financial Services team, handling some of the most complex and interesting investment fund matters in the market.

As an Associate/Senior Associate within this team, you will:

  • Advise leading Australian and global fund managers on establishing new Australian funds, raising capital, and operating funds in Australia.
  • Collaborate with clients on strategic initiatives, regulatory changes, remediation activities, regulator engagement, compliance enhancement, and ongoing advisory services.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers flexibility through hybrid working arrangements. The firm adopts a 60% in-office policy, allowing for a balance between work and personal life.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting research and analysis to inform client advice.
  • Developing strategic plans and proposals to support client objectives.
  • Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the financial services sector.
