About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator to lead the day-to-day store operations in our Mittagong store.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store leadership team in achieving business objectives
  • Set an example of best service and encourage, empower and support the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coach the team on the right service behaviours and assist with inducting and training the team
  • Ensure that merchandising standards fit with business requirements and coordinate stock

Requirements:

  • Experience supervising and leading customer-facing teams in a high safety and high compliance environment
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
  • Open communication style and be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
  • Have an eagerness to learn about new products and be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
