About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Mittagong store.

As a Store Manager at Pillow Talk, you will be responsible for partnering with the Assistant Store Manager to drive the operational and sales performance of your store. You will review store and team member performance on a regular basis and collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to formulate and execute action plans that leverage your store's potential.

• Empower your team by demonstrating how their efforts align with the business strategy
  

About You

• 
  
• Experience in a commercial, customer-centric store leadership role in a busy retail environment
  
• A proven track record of leading teams to consistent achievement of revenue targets
  
• Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability
  
• Fashion or trend-oriented with strengths in visual display and stock presentation
  
• Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
  
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of creating and implementing ideas to improve store trade
  
• Exposure to high-volume, large-format retailing
  
• Strong delegation and ability to optimise your team's productivity
