About the Role

The Major Projects Asset Coordinator is a critical member of our team, responsible for allocating and managing project resources across the group. This includes providing customer solutions through equipment, resources, and technology.

As an experienced professional, you will ensure all equipment being supplied to sites meets manufacturer, site, and safety requirements. You will also manage customer expectations through timely communication, progress reporting, and transparency of scope changes.

You will be responsible for developing and growing our position as a key supplier for major projects through exceptional operational execution and customer relationships.

This role requires:

  • Ensuring all equipment meets safety requirements
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Developing and growing our position as a key supplier
  • Identifying project risks and developing contingency plans
  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress

About You

We are seeking an individual with a thorough understanding of industry safety requirements and site equipment standards. Your knowledge of mobile plant, access, power generation, minor tools, and mechanical aptitude will be highly regarded.

You must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, experience in managing escalated customer concerns, and a current driver's license.
