We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of Strata schemes, providing exceptional service to owners, and working closely with our dynamic director to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Owners Corporations to ensure smooth scheme management
  • Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes to maintain accurate records
  • Attend and chair meetings, including AGMs, EGMs, and SCMs, to ensure effective communication
  • Draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notices to comply
  • Assist with the management of junior staff members to ensure a supportive team environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Strata Management, with a strong understanding of strata laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with owners and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of computer skills, with proficiency in Strata management software
  • Ability to fit into a bright and bubbly team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
