Maternity Leave Psycho Oncology Position

This is a maternity leave position for a Clinical Psychologist, running from late September to April.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based psycho-oncology care to melanoma patients, addressing distress and quality-of-life impairments throughout their cancer journey.
- Integrate psycho-oncology services within multidisciplinary care and contribute to education and staff support on psychosocial issues in melanoma care.
- Participate in clinical research and establish collaborative relationships with the organization's research and education pillars.
- Masters level or higher in psychology, with full registration and Clinical Psychology endorsement.
- Experience delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions in oncology or related health psychology fields.
- Flexibility in delivering interventions face-to-face, by telephone, and via videoconferencing.
- Ability to provide training and education on psychological issues to staff.
- Proven effectiveness in working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
