Employment Law Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment law to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employment law matters within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Advise HR leaders on employment law-related issues.
  • Proactively address and resolve employment law-related policies and issues.
  • Manage employment litigation cases.
  • Respond to Department of Labor investigations and administrative complaints.
Requirements:
  • A qualified lawyer admitted to a regional bar with significant experience in employment law.
  • Approximately 7+ years of experience in either an in-house role or a reputable law firm.
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Experience in counseling human resources professionals at all levels on employment law matters.
