A high-calibre Director - Contaminated Land Professional is required to lead and manage contaminated sites projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Lead the development of technical reports, proposals, and other project documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, chemistry or environmental engineering, along with a current driver's license.
Substantial experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation is highly desirable, with a proven track record in managing complex projects from start to finish.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients and providing clear, expert advice.
Additionally, the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development efforts is advantageous.
