Medical Receptionist (Casual) Job Opportunity

The role involves performing front-of-house duties to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice.

Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, booking appointments, data entry, scanning patient letters/results/reports, taking payments, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Essential qualifications for the role include demonstrated secondary school completion, proficiency in working independently with limited supervision, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bonus criteria for the position include experience with medical reception work, prior work in a healthcare setting, and an interest in low carbohydrate nutrition.

This is an exciting opportunity to engage as a motivated casual receptionist in a unique multidisciplinary run clinic specializing in low carbohydrate diets and integrative medicine.

As a casual medical receptionist, you will have flexible start and finish times available to accommodate school pick up/drop off, receive training and supervision from our experienced manager, and have on-site access up to 3 days/week.
