Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Healthcare Frontline Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, responding to inquiries, managing patient records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet patients in a welcoming manner.
  • Respond to patient enquiries and phone calls in a professional and courteous tone.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Coordinate appointments and office organization.
  • Process payments and manage office finances.
  • Relay messages to doctors and medical staff.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes.
  • Scan documents into medical practice software.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
