This role is ideal for a Behavior Specialist located in Frankston VIC who can apply behavior analysis applied behavior analysis behavior management psychology and behavior modification to support individuals in the community.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough behavior analyses to identify triggers and underlying causes
    • Develop and implement personalized behavior modification plans to support individuals with behavioral challenges
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
    • Provide training and education to caregivers families and community members on behavior analysis and behavior modification techniques

Requirements:

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Behavior Management and Behavior Modification skills
  • Knowledge of psychology
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is a plus
