This is a challenging role that requires the ability to think critically and strategically. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for integrating quality principles into engineering workflows and production systems.
You will work as part of a setup team for a submarine construction project, collaborating with employees at all levels to understand existing processes and gather feedback for fit-for-purpose solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality assurance process models and frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
- Undertake business process analysis and modelling across internal teams to support operational and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with employees at all levels to understand existing processes and gather feedback for fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Ensure quality assurance processes comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
- Integrate risk analysis into process modelling to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative, efficient solutions.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- BPMN 2.0 qualification highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quality, process improvement, project management, or business intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of Business Process Management principles and tools.
- Proficiency in quality assurance software and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in process redesign and operational requirements gathering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a systems-thinking mindset.
