  • Elicit, analyse, and manage both high-level and detailed business requirements to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT teams to identify and document business needs.
  2. Develop process maps for as-is and to-be processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Create user interface designs following User-Centred Design principles and accessibility guidelines.
  4. Support testing preparation and execution, and assist in UAT preparation and system implementation.
  5. Manage performance metrics to align with strategic priorities and team objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional certifications; Agile and SAFe certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong skills in requirement elicitation, documentation, and management.
  • Experience with industry process modelling and requirements management tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in IT systems.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks or projects with accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
