Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Expert to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding tour operators and accommodation partners into our affiliate network, managing a high-volume pipeline while maintaining high-quality listing standards through structured workflows.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for onboarding tour operators and accommodation providers via video call, phone, and email.
  • Facilitate operator channel manager and tour reservation system connections for real-time bookings.
  • Perform manual configurations of inventory, rates, availability, and property data.
  • Diagnose integration challenges and collaborate with stakeholders for swift resolutions.
  • Ensure listings are fully optimized, featuring quality descriptions, pricing, photos, and availability.
  • Perform routine data audits to detect and address discrepancies or omissions.
  • Manage onboarding workflows in a high-volume environment while preserving quality standards.
  • Conduct regular operator audits, reviewing metrics and suggesting enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and assist in warm sales calls for client onboarding.
  • Lead continuous improvements processes and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid background in operator onboarding, channel manager integration, SaaS customer onboarding, or technical account management.
  • Hands-on experience with Channel Manager systems (SiteMinder, RMS, Newbook etc.) and Tour Operator Reservation Systems (Rezdy, FareHarbor etc.).
  • Prior experience with Channel Managers and Tour Operators reservation systems and/or software platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail.
