Job Description
The Reportable Conduct Directorate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the oversight of investigations by organisations under the Reportable Conduct Scheme. The Manager, Investigations will be responsible for providing strategic and technical expertise, leading complex investigations, and ensuring rigorous outcomes in a high-volume and high-risk environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing complex investigations and disciplinary complaints
- Sound understanding of the NSW child protection system and best investigative practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, organisational, and negotiation skills
- Senior or executive-level experience in a complex organisation delivering specialist and authoritative advice to executive leadership
