White Collar: Engineering, Business Support, Defence & Mining

Blue Collar: Mining & Resources, Civil & Construction, Manufacturing and Haulage & Transport

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant

Strong account management and lead generation skills

A background in 360 Recruitment within an agency setting

A track record of exceeding targets and delivering results

Outstanding candidate and client relationship skills

A positive, energetic, and resilient approach

A team-first attitude with a drive for success

Responsibilities:

You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and executing strategies to attract top talent to your candidate pipeline and for clients, develop and strengthen relationships with a vast array of our clients.  Lead industry sectors by staying across relevant trends, meeting and enaging in client and industry events to ensure clients benefit from associated insights.
