We're excited to be on the hunt for a talented Content and Social Media Specialist to join our growing Content and Communications team.

This is a hybrid role, where you'll split your time between working from home and our Sydney HQ. If you're passionate about social media, love crafting compelling copy, and want to see your work making a real impact on business success, we'd love to hear from you.

We're at an exciting point in our journey as a brand, and our content is going to play a huge part in taking us to the next level. As a key member of our Content and Communications team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy across multiple channels.

What will you be doing?

  • You'll be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy across multiple channels, including social media, email, and our website.
  • You'll work closely with our marketing and communications teams to ensure that our content is aligned with our business goals and brand messaging.
  • You'll be responsible for creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our target audiences, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • You'll monitor and analyze our social media performance, using data to inform our content and strategy decisions.
  • You'll work closely with our customer success team to develop content that supports our customer relationships and helps us build strong, lasting connections with our customers.
  • You'll be responsible for ensuring that our content is accessible, inclusive, and meets our brand standards for quality and consistency.
  • You'll collaborate with our design team to develop visually appealing content that resonates with our target audiences.
  • You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop content that supports our business goals and helps us achieve our strategic objectives.
  • You'll be responsible for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and for applying this knowledge to inform our content and strategy decisions.
