Your Role (and How It Will Grow)
  • Meet with clinic owners, practice managers, and clinicians to demonstrate how Refr breaks down referral barriers
  • Attend conferences and deliver product demonstrations
  • Own the onboarding experience for new clinics
  • Identify opportunities and nurture relationships across allied health
  • Lead a team as we scale
  • Spearhead our expansion into new markets or verticals
  • Shape our product roadmap based on your frontline insights
  • Develop partnerships that transform how healthcare works

This is education-led, not hard-sell. You'll use your healthcare knowledge to show clinicians how Refr makes their lives easier and patient outcomes better.

Requirements
  • Healthcare background (physiotherapist, practice manager, or similar) - you speak the language
  • You're an A-player with the track record to prove it
  • Melbourne-based and excited about in-person collaboration
  • Self-starter who thrives on accountability and hitting targets
  • Excited to never have a bad idea, fail fast and learn faster
