Accounts Payable Officer

Scania Australia is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in Campbellfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of invoices, ensuring payments are processed efficiently and within agreed terms.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment and adherence to creditor terms.
- Create and manage supplier records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Administer Basware and Fraedom systems, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Respond to queries related to invoice processing, payments, and EOM procedures.
- Verify payment details submitted to the bank, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
To be successful in this role, you will have prior accounts payable experience, general accounting knowledge, and exposure to Procure to Pay systems. You will also have good computer literacy, with experience using MS Office and data entry into a centralized system. Previous experience in customer service/support roles would be highly beneficial.
