Job Overview

SkyCity is one of Australasia’s largest entertainment destinations welcoming millions of guests through our doors each year. Our properties are home to casinos, luxury hotels, over 60 restaurants and bars, events and convention facilities.

We are currently seeking a Financial Crime Operations professional to join our SkyCity Adelaide team.

**Key Responsibilities Include:*

  • Implementing and executing new AML/CTF standards to mitigate financial crime risks
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision making and recommend product changes improving the accuracy of our transaction monitoring and watchlist screening programs
  • Ensuring compliance with AUSTRAC reporting requirements
  • Managing senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Acting as the main point of contact for law enforcement enquiries relating to our operations

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience leading a Financial Crime Operations team with a focus on investigations, customer due diligence, and transaction monitoring
  • Highly accomplished in transforming and/or implementing transaction monitoring screen systems into an organization, building robust transaction monitoring rules, and designing dynamic KYC frameworks
