About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, managing pharmacy operations, and providing exceptional care to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide vaccination services, including for Influenza and COVID-19, as part of our commitment to community health.
  • Utilise Fred + Dispensing and FredOffice systems to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and cared for every time they visit.

About You

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent service and is ready to take the next step in their pharmacy career. Here are the key requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist, with 3 years in a management role.
  • Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
  • Accredited to vaccinate for conditions like Influenza and COVID-19.
  • Skilled in managing pharmacy operations and inventory control.
  • A natural leader who loves mentoring and developing their team.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is great at juggling multiple priorities.
  • Both independent and a great team player, with a caring approach to customer service.
