About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, managing pharmacy operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.
- Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide vaccination services, including for Influenza and COVID-19, as part of our commitment to community health.
- Utilise Fred + Dispensing and FredOffice systems to ensure accurate and efficient service.
- Create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and cared for every time they visit.
About You
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent service and who is ready to take the next step in their pharmacy career. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist, with 3 years in a management role.
- Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Accreditation to vaccinate for conditions like Influenza and COVID-19.
- Experience in managing pharmacy operations and inventory control.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
