Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a key member of our pharmacy operations, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, managing pharmacy operations, and providing exceptional care to our valued customers.

• Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide vaccination services, including for Influenza and COVID-19, as part of our commitment to community health.
• Utilise Fred + Dispensing and FredOffice systems to ensure accurate and efficient service.
• Create a welcoming environment where customers feel valued and cared for every time they visit.

• At least 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist, with 3 years in a management role.
• Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Accreditation to vaccinate for conditions like Influenza and COVID-19.
• Experience in managing pharmacy operations and inventory control.
• Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
• A natural leadership style and ability to mentor and develop your team.

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• AHPRA Registration: Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Pharmacist, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Vaccination Accreditation: Accredited to vaccinate for a variety of conditions.
• Inventory Management: Proven experience managing inventory, with a focus on minimising shrinkage.
• Dispensing Proficiency: Experience with Fred + Dispensing and FredOffice systems.
