Hotel Accounting Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to fill the role of Hotel Accountant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with financial expertise to showcase their skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll, accounts payable and receivable
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations
  • Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections
  • Prepare monthly close reconciliation reports and financial analysis
  • Assist department heads with payroll costs and budget forecasting
  • Manage inventory and stocktake, reporting on findings
  • Maintain internal control procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar accounting role or 2 years finance experience in a hotel setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to produce quality output under tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail, task prioritization and time management
  • Full unrestricted work rights
