**Job Overview:** As a Senior Training Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-quality technical training courses and delivering Train the Trainer programs to ensure end-user capability.

About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Instructional Systems Design (ISD) professional who can simplify complex concepts and develop effective training materials. You will be working closely with our Support Engineering Manager to enhance technical writing standards and support the Engineering team's documentation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and design activities to develop concise learning outcomes and training course curricula.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical product training, including 'Train the Trainer (T3)' courses, to key stakeholders, ensuring training materials are effective and delivered on time.
  • Write, format, edit, review, and proof-read procedural and technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create high-quality documentation that meets user needs and customer standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and engineers, building capability within the team.
