Job Opportunity

This is a part-time, combined Learning & Development Specialist and Field Training Administrator role that will play a pivotal role in supporting the ongoing professional development of our staff and ensuring the smooth running of our field training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive training programs for staff across all levels.
  • Maintain and update our organization's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Develop and deliver engaging learning content, including presentations, workshops, and online modules.
  • Facilitate and evaluate training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support for the coordination and logistics of field training programs.
  • Schedule training sessions with trainers and trainees.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of field training.
  • Oversee the logistics of training materials and equipment for field programs.
Requirements:
  • Possess a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Have experience in a Learning & Development or training administration role.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Construction / Trades Roles / Apprenticeship Programs.
  • Experience in developing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A genuine passion for learning and development.
