Senior Property Manager Position

This senior property management role entails overseeing the management of a portfolio of commercial properties in South Australia.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, encompassing office, retail, and industrial spaces.
  • Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns.
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reporting, and key performance indicators.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Evaluate properties for compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior property management role, preferably within the commercial sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement effective property strategies.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in using property management software and tools.
  • A thorough understanding of relevant property legislation, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in property management, real estate, or a related field.
