We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in managing commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

  • Manage a commercial property portfolio with full support, no leasing or inspections required.
  • Liaise with business owners and corporations on property matters.
  • Conduct rent reviews across small to large assets.
  • Work closely with solicitors on leasing documents and compliance.
  • Manage arrears and ensure adherence to legislation.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in commercial property management (open to residential PMs with some exposure to commercial).
  • Confident, professional, and assertive communication skills.
  • Strong ambition to build a successful career in commercial property.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License.
