Specialised Speech-Language Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Specialised Speech-Language Therapist to support students in schools with their communication needs, assisting them to fully engage with their education.

The successful applicant will provide high-quality speech-language therapy services, addressing barriers to learning for students with speech language communication difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised services to students with speech language communication needs, supporting their teachers and families
  • Collaborate with educational teams within schools to deliver effective speech language pathology services, addressing learning barriers for students with speech language communication challenges
  • Work across multiple school locations, contributing to the development of speech language pathology services in our region

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other professionals, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance student outcomes. Our department employs approximately 260 full-time speech-language pathologists, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key qualifications and skills include a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with children with speech language communication disorders.
