As a lead clinician for speech therapy, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive clinical leadership and governance to our team of Speech and Language Pathologists.
The role involves coordinating and collaborating with various stakeholders within a therapeutic support framework to empower customers with complex allied health needs.
You will deliver customized speech and language pathology services in line with organisational values and the individualized, person-centered approach of our service delivery model.
The successful candidate will offer clinical guidance and supervision to speech and language pathologists, optimize client plans using evidence-based practices, and lead training sessions to enhance team skills and foster professional development among speech therapy staff.
This is an opportunity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to craft personalized treatment plans, integrating input from families and caregivers to ensure holistic care for clients with complex needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Tertiary level qualifications in speech therapy.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.
