The Advanced Family Violence Practice Leader is a critical role in each Support and Safety Hub. The position focuses on enhancing victim safety by holding perpetrators accountable for their actions.
About the Role:- A highly skilled specialist family violence practitioner with extensive experience working with complex cases.
- Expertise in supporting and developing multi-disciplinary practitioners to work effectively with victims and perpetrators.
- Passionate about service reform, integrated delivery, and improving outcomes for families.
- A collaborative team player, with strong experience managing stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
- To lead and manage a team of specialist family violence practitioners.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve victim safety and perpetrator accountability.
- To provide expert advice and guidance to multi-disciplinary practitioners.
- To build and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders.
