About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping staff member who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to the elderly and shares our CREED: Caring, Respect, Excellence, Engaged, and Dignity.

As a Luxury Aged Care Residential Team Member, you will play a strong role in creating a liveable environment for our residents by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing cleaning services according to established schedules, ensuring floors are clean, waste is managed, and supplies are restocked.
  • Maintaining records of completion of laundry and cleaning schedule duties.
  • Liaising with residents about their preferences for care and service delivery.
  • Participating in infection control programs to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer-centric service outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 AUD, depending on experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A friendly, people-centered personality who genuinely appreciates the needs of older adults.
  • Demonstrated empathy and commitment to caring for seniors.
  • Experience in housekeeping or cleaning (desirable).
  • Police check clearance and up-to-date vaccination requirements.
