Customer Service Specialist

This role is ideal for someone who possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the member experience during vehicle service processes, including coordinating with technicians and communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the member experience during vehicle service processes
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
  • Provide regular updates to members on the status of their vehicle
  • Handle member concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and complete repair orders

Requirements:

  • Outstanding professional customer relationship management skills
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable)
  • Sound administrative skills
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective teamwork skills and ability to develop positive workplace relationships
