What will you be Doing?
People Management:Lead, motivate, and empower staffDevelop efficient roles, rosters, and staffing structuresCollaborate on recruitment and retention strategiesSet and measure objectives and KPIsImplement training programsManage disciplinary matters fairlyFoster a values-based culture and ensure excellent communicationPromote safety and provide high-standard accommodation for staff& guestsCustomer Service:Deliver excellent services adhering to quality standardsImplement client agreementsSeek improvements in products and servicesContinuously improve customer satisfaction and maintain safetyProcess Management:Implement health, safety, quality, and environmental standardsMaintain relevant accreditationsImprove processes using business efficiency toolsEnsure efficient IT system useFoster innovation and creativityMaintain and protect Village assetsFinancial Management:Develop and manage budgetsAchieve EBITDA targetsProvide financial reports and review profit and loss accountsAdhere to financial policies and proceduresWhat's In It For You?

As an experienced Village Manager (VM) or Assistant Village Manager, your management skills are highly developed, you know how to prioritise effectively, and can handle multiple competing requirements.
You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors, guests, and members of your team.In addition, you're a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP.
You can delegate effectively, lead by example, and drive strong performance in safety, finance, and guest experience, according to Civeo and client requirements.Facility / Village / Remote Accommodation Leadership experienceOutstanding leadership experience, with the ability to build, grow, and develop a strong teamResilient, determined, and passionate for hospitalityStrong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rosteringAdvanced computer literacy, and ability to pick up new systems quicklyExcellent attention to detail with data, and comfortable with regular reportingPassionate about safety and providing an enjoyable working environment for all stakeholdersValid driver's licenseRMLV (Responsible Management of Licenced Venue)Advanced First Aid certificate (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)Our sites range from 150 to 3000 people, so we can work with you to find a village that matches your experience and aspirations.
