Integrated Logistics Support Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

The role will involve planning, coordinating, and managing ILS activities across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle in support of major Defence programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing ILS strategies across acquisition and sustainment phases.
  • Managing the delivery of ILS elements including supply support, maintenance planning, configuration management, technical data, and training.
  • Leading procurement and acquisition planning activities to ensure optimal through-life support outcomes.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, OEMs, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with program deliverables and Defence requirements.
  • Ensuring all logistics support activities comply with Defence policies, ITAR requirements, and security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Certified in ILS or logistics supportability disciplines.
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD and ISO standards for logistics and sustainment.
  • Proven experience in ILS management within the Defence sector, ideally as part of an MSP.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and acquisition support, including working within CASG frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Defence logistics policies and ASDEFCON templates.
  • NV1 Security Clearance – essential.
